The front door, directly from the street leads to a hallway with door to lounge on the left, this has a period fireplace, with electric “fuel effect” fire & electric heating, plus a tv (French) & satellite (English). There are plenty of power points, the room being furnished in traditional style, including a convertible sofa-bed.

The passage leads on to the kitchen, which has been fully refitted with a range of cupboards & has an area with a dining table, all new “white goods” have been fitted, a double glazed door leads to a courtyard garden. Also off this hallway is a full size bathroom / toilet, with washing machine and new electric hot water system.

Stairs lead to the first floor where there are 2 double size bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower / hand basin (and fire place), both rooms have shuttered windows & plenty of power points / electric heating. One room has a double bed & the other twin beds. On the landing is a toilet / hand basin.

Stairs lead to a further bedroom on the second floor, this has sloping ceilings & a “velux” window, again plenty of power points & electric heating. There are 2 single beds & a desk should the room be required as a office.

Both properties are well turned out & cosy, being supplied with double glazing, full heating & being terraced.

The surrounding area is very rural & the mountains (Pyrenées) are about 1 hour away (for walking / skiing etc). There are lots of good restaurants in the fairly near vicinity & good shopping in either Tarbes or Auch, the capital of Gascony.
